Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (a specific type of oesophageal cancer) confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples.

- People whose lung function, blood counts, kidney function, or liver function fall below the levels required for safe participation, based on specific tests.
