Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are at least 12 years old
• You have been officially diagnosed with one of the following conditions: childhood-onset lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus), juvenile Myasthenia gravis, juvenile dermatomyositis, or AAV (confirm with trial site for full name)
• Your condition is considered moderately active, meaning you have noticeable signs and symptoms
• You have previously received treatment that affected your whole body (not just a local treatment) for your condition
• You (or your parent or guardian, if under 18) are able and willing to sign a written consent form to take part

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a serious long-term illness that is not well controlled right now and could make the trial risky for you, in the doctor's opinion
• Your blood clotting test results are significantly abnormal, or you are taking blood-thinning medication — though some exceptions may apply (confirm with trial site)
• Your white blood cell count (a type called neutrophils) is too low
• Your red blood cell level (haemoglobin) is below a certain point, suggesting significant anaemia
• Your platelet count (cells that help blood clot) is too low — though platelet transfusions may be allowed
• Your liver enzyme levels are too high (specifically ALT, AST, and GGT together)
• Your kidneys are not working well enough (filtering too slowly)
• You have a history of a primary immune system disorder, or you have had an organ transplant or bone marrow transplant from a donor
• You have tested positive for hepatitis B
• You have tested positive for hepatitis C and also have the virus actively present in your blood
• You have HIV, or test positive for HIV at the start of the study
• You have active tuberculosis (TB), or test positive for a TB screening test at the start of the study
• You have any other abnormal lab results that the doctor feels could make it unsafe for you to participate
• You have a significant heart or lung condition unrelated to your main diagnosis — though people with well-controlled asthma or COPD using inhalers may still be eligible
• You have had a blood clot in an artery or vein in the past 3 months
• You have been treated for cancer in the past 3 years — with some exceptions for certain skin or bowel cancers that were fully removed (confirm with trial site)
• You have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental drug within the past 4 weeks (or longer, depending on the drug)
• You have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before the trial starts, or plan to receive one during the trial — note that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are not considered live vaccines
