Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a schizophrenia spectrum disorder according to standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5)
- People who have been hearing voices persistently for at least 3 months, at a level that meets a specific threshold on a standard clinical rating scale
- People whose psychiatric medication dose has been stable for at least 4 weeks before joining the trial

- People with severe vision problems that would prevent them from using virtual reality (VR) technology
- People who have a strong dislike of virtual reality, or who have previously experienced motion sickness or discomfort from VR simulators
- People who are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide or are considered to be at risk
- People who are not able or willing to follow the study procedures
