Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to take part, have been fully informed about the risks and benefits, and have signed a consent form.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive).
- You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site — this is based on a standard medical scoring system).
- You have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, confirmed by a tissue sample, that has certain proteins on the cancer cells (called CD19 or CD20).
- You have at least one measurable area of cancer that can be tracked during the trial.
- Your cancer either did not respond well to your first treatment, you are not able or willing to receive a specific type of cell therapy (CAR-T), or your cancer came back within 12 months after achieving full remission with your first treatment.
- Your doctors expect you to live for at least 3 months.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy blood test before starting the trial.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with or treated for another type of cancer besides B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.
- You have an active condition called graft-versus-host disease (a complication from a previous transplant) above a mild level, or you have needed medication to suppress your immune system for this condition in the past 4 weeks.
- Your lymphoma has actively spread to your brain or spinal cord and is currently causing symptoms or showing up on tests.
- You have a serious tendency to bleed, such as bleeding in the stomach, bladder, or problems with blood clotting.
- You are currently taking steroids or other immune-suppressing medicines on an ongoing basis for a long-term condition (short-term or localised use, such as nasal sprays or eye drops, may be acceptable — confirm with trial site).
- You have a serious ongoing infection (viral, bacterial, or fungal) or an active or unstable autoimmune disease, or had an autoimmune disease in the past 3 years that could come back.
- You are currently breastfeeding.
