  • You are currently experiencing a major depressive episode that is not well managed, or you have a history of schizophrenia or another long-term psychiatric condition
  • You have a significant brain or neurological condition other than dementia, such as epilepsy, recurring seizures, serious brain infection, or a history of multiple concussions
  • You have had thoughts of suicide in the past 6 months, or suicidal behaviour in the past 2 years
  • You have cancer, HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, poorly controlled thyroid disease, or poorly controlled diabetes
  • You are currently taking any medications that are not allowed in this trial (confirm with trial site for the specific list)
