Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 15 and 75 years old (any gender)
• You have been diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, based on 2020 WHO guidelines
• You are able to carry out basic daily activities, with a functional ability score of 0–2 on a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site)
• Your doctors expect you to live for at least 3 more months
• Tests have confirmed that your cancer cells carry a protein called CD20
• You were not helped by, or could not tolerate, a previous treatment targeting a protein called CD19, or your cancer has low levels of CD19
• You do not have serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease
• You are able to understand and willing to sign the consent form for this trial
• There is no medical reason why you cannot have a blood collection procedure called apheresis (confirm with trial site)
• Your cancer has at least one measurable area that can be tracked during the trial
• You have already received two standard courses of treatment for your condition
• You have not received any antibody-based drug treatment in the 2 weeks before starting the cell therapy

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a known allergy to any ingredient in the cell treatment being studied
• Your blood test results show that certain blood cell counts are too low (white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, or platelets fall below specific levels — confirm with trial site)
• Your liver or kidney function tests show abnormal results above certain thresholds (confirm with trial site)
• You have been told you have moderate-to-severe heart failure, or your heart pumping function is below 50% on an ultrasound scan
• Your blood oxygen level is below 92% while breathing normal room air
• You had a heart attack, heart procedure, stenting, or serious heart condition within the past 12 months
• You have severely high blood pressure that has not been controlled despite taking medication
• You have a history of serious brain or nervous system conditions, such as a head injury, loss of consciousness, epilepsy, stroke, or bleeding in the brain
• You have an autoimmune disease, immune deficiency, or any condition that requires you to take medicines that suppress the immune system
• You currently have an active infection that is not under control
• You have previously received any CAR-T cell therapy or similar genetically modified T-cell treatment
• You received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before joining the trial
• You have tested positive for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or syphilis, or you are a hepatitis B carrier
• You have a history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, or a mental health condition
• You have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 3 months
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant during the trial, or are able to have children but are unable or unwilling to use effective contraception
