Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older (or the minimum legal adult age in your country) at the time you sign the consent form.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured by a CT or MRI scan, as confirmed at the screening stage.
- You are willing to provide a tissue sample from your tumor.
- You are generally able to carry out everyday activities with little or no limitation (as rated by a standard health performance scale called ECOG, score 0 or 1).
Who may not be able to join:
- You have difficulty swallowing or another condition that would make it hard to take a pill or oral medication.
- You have previously received a type of cancer treatment known as an EZH inhibitor (confirm with trial site).
- You have a serious heart or blood vessel condition that is not well controlled.
- You have spinal cord compression, or brain/spinal metastases that are untreated, causing symptoms, or currently being managed with steroids or anti-seizure medications.
- You have an active autoimmune disease that requires ongoing treatment with steroids or immune-suppressing medications.
- You have had a known allergic reaction to the study drug (SHR2554) or any of its ingredients.
- You currently have an uncontrolled bacterial, fungal, or viral infection that requires IV (intravenous) treatment.
- You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past 5 years.
- You have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD) or inflammation of the lungs requiring steroid treatment, or another significant lung disease (confirm with trial site).
- Personal, social, family, or location-related circumstances would make it difficult for you to attend regular follow-up visits.
