Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder for at least 3 months before the screening appointment
  • You have been diagnosed with at least mild tardive dyskinesia (involuntary movements caused by certain psychiatric medications) for at least 3 months before the screening appointment

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have Parkinson's disease or other involuntary movement problems that are more noticeable than your tardive dyskinesia
  • You have been diagnosed with a moderate or severe substance use disorder (such as alcohol or drug dependency) within the last 6 months
  • You have a history of a heart condition called long QT syndrome, an irregular heartbeat (heart rhythm problems), or serious liver disease
