Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are aged 18 or older but under 70 years old, of any gender
• You have been diagnosed with a specific type of blood cancer called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-ALL/LBL), following standard diagnosis guidelines
• You have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML), following standard diagnosis guidelines
• Lab tests have confirmed that your cancer cells carry a specific marker called CD180 on their surface
• At least 5% of the cells in your bone marrow are abnormal (blast) cells, confirmed by bone marrow testing
• Your AML has come back or has not responded to treatment, meeting at least one of these conditions: your cancer did not go into remission after two standard chemotherapy cycles; it came back within 12 months of remission; it came back after 12 months but did not respond to further chemotherapy; you have had two or more relapses; or it came back after a stem cell transplant
• Your B-ALL/LBL has come back or has not responded to treatment, meeting at least one of several specific conditions (confirm with trial site)
• You have another type of CD180-positive blood cancer that has returned or stopped responding to treatment (confirm with trial site)
• Your kidneys, liver, and heart are functioning well enough to meet specific medical thresholds (confirm with trial site)
• Your blood oxygen level is at least 92%
• Your doctors expect you to live for more than 3 months
• You are able to carry out basic daily activities, with a functional ability score of 0, 1, or 2 on a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site)
• You (or your legal guardian) are willing to take part and have signed a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a specific type of leukemia called acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL)
• You have a genetic condition that causes bone marrow failure, such as Fanconi anemia, Kostmann syndrome, or Shwachman syndrome
• You have leukemia that has spread to your central nervous system (brain and spinal fluid) and is not under control
• You have received certain cancer treatments too recently before joining — including chemotherapy within the past week, certain antibody-based treatments within a specific timeframe, or a donor lymphocyte infusion within the past 6 weeks (confirm with trial site for exact timing)
• You currently have a serious infection that is not under control
• You have a significant heart condition, such as severe heart failure, a heart attack within the past 12 months, serious irregular heartbeat, or other major heart problems
• You have had a serious brain or neurological condition — such as a head injury, epilepsy, stroke, or brain bleeding — that required treatment within the past 6 months
• You have certain active infections including hepatitis B (at high levels), hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, or a specific viral infection called EBV (confirm with trial site)
• You need to take steroid medications by mouth or injection during the treatment period (inhaled or topical steroids may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
• You have an autoimmune disease requiring treatment, an immune deficiency, or you need medications that suppress your immune system
• You have had a serious complication from a previous stem cell transplant called graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) within the past 4 weeks
• You have had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in cell-based treatments
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unable or unwilling to use effective contraception for 1 year after treatment; or you or your partner are planning a pregnancy within 1 year after treatment
• Your doctor determines there is any other reason that taking part may not be safe for you or may affect the trial results
