Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 75 years who have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, with moderate to severe inflammation visible on a camera examination of the bowel (confirm with trial site for scoring details)

- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People for whom biologic medicines are considered medically unsafe, such as those with an active tuberculosis infection or a serious ongoing infection
- People who have taken part in a study involving an experimental drug within the 4 weeks before the study starting point
