Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 50 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of prostate cancer (prostate adenocarcinoma) confirmed through a tissue or cell sample
- People whose PSA level is 20 ng/ml or higher, or whose cancer has a Gleason score of 8 or higher (a measure of how aggressive the cancer appears)

- People who are willing and able to sign a consent form after being informed about the trial
- People who are able to attend scheduled visits and follow the trial requirements
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan, for example due to metal implants in the body or severe fear of enclosed spaces
- People for whom any required baseline medical or pathology information is missing
- People with a known history of neurological or psychiatric conditions such as dementia, epilepsy, or seizures
- People with serious other health conditions that, in the treating doctor's judgement, could affect their safety or ability to complete the trial (such as severe diabetes, thyroid disease, or mental illness), or any personal, family, social, or geographical circumstances that could make following the trial plan difficult
- People whom the trial investigator considers unsuitable for participation for any reason
- People who are unable to provide informed consent
