Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed a consent form specific to this study
- People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed as adenocarcinoma (a specific type of prostate cancer) through a biopsy

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose scans show cancer has spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body
- People whose cancer is classified as stage T3 or T4 on MRI, meaning the tumour has grown beyond the prostate gland
- People with a Gleason score higher than 7
- People whose PSA level is above 20 ng/mL
- People who have previously had radiotherapy to the pelvic area
- People who have previously had surgery for prostate cancer
- People who have had a procedure called TURP (a surgery to relieve urinary blockage caused by the prostate) within the past 3 months
- People who have had hormone therapy for more than 6 months before starting treatment in this trial
- People who have had another cancer in the past, unless they have been cancer-free for at least 3 years
- People who have had significant urinary blockage problems in the past
- People with a significant psychiatric (mental health) illness
- People whose prostate volume is estimated to be larger than 100 millilitres
- People with serious, active other health conditions
- People whose treatment planning scans show that radiation cannot be delivered safely to the target area while protecting surrounding organs, as required by the study protocol (confirm with trial site)
