Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be able to travel to the Florida Atlantic University Clinical Research Unit, speak verbally, and be able to walk.
• You must be between 65 and 80 years old (inclusive).
• If you have Alzheimer's disease, you must have a formal diagnosis from your doctor based on clinical assessment AND either a positive amyloid PET scan or a positive FDA-approved test from cerebrospinal fluid or blood.

Who may not be able to join:

• People younger than 65 or older than 80 years of age.
• People whose dementia is severe enough that they would need sedation to have an MRI scan.
• People currently receiving the intravenous anti-amyloid treatments Leqembi or Kinsula.
• People who have a pacemaker or any other device or implant in their body that is not safe to use with an MRI machine (for example, anything containing metal parts).
• People who have a history of seizures (epilepsy or similar conditions).
• People who work night shifts.
• People who currently have cancer, or who have been diagnosed with cancer in the last 5 years (certain minor skin cancers may be excluded from this rule — confirm with trial site).
• If you do not have Alzheimer's disease, you may not be eligible if you score below 26 on a standard memory and thinking test called the MoCA.
