Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form.

- Your planned radiation treatment must involve at least 15 daily sessions, with each session typically delivering between 1.8 and 4 Gray units of radiation.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have clear signs that your cancer has spread to other parts of the body and your life expectancy is less than 12 months.
- You have previously had radiation therapy to the chest area that significantly overlapped with your heart.
- You have a medical reason why you cannot have an MRI scan.
- You have serious, active heart problems classified as Level III or IV under the New York Heart Association scale, meaning significant limitations in physical activity due to heart symptoms (confirm with trial site).
