Who might be able to join this trial:
For breast cancer survivors:
- You are a woman
- You are between 25 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with Stage 0, I, II, or III breast cancer
- You finished your main treatments (such as surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation) no more than 6 months before joining the study
- You have been cleared to participate by your doctor
- You had either breast-conserving surgery (such as a lumpectomy) or a mastectomy because of breast cancer
- You are willing to take part in the study by choice
For the healthy comparison group (control group):
- You are a woman
- Your body weight and height (BMI) is close to that of the breast cancer survivors in the study (confirm with trial site)
- You are within 5 years of age of the breast cancer survivors being compared to you
- You use the same dominant hand (e.g., right or left) as the matched breast cancer survivor
Who may not be able to join:
For breast cancer survivors:
- You had treatment or rehabilitation for a shoulder, arm, neck, or upper back problem in the 6 months before your breast cancer diagnosis
- You have a history of conditions affecting your nerves or muscles
- You take medications that could affect how your muscles and nerves work (confirm with trial site)
For the healthy comparison group:
- You have a history of conditions affecting your nerves or muscles
- You take medications that could affect how your muscles and nerves work (confirm with trial site)
- You had treatment or rehabilitation for a shoulder, arm, neck, or upper back problem in the last 6 months
