Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and teenagers between 5 and 18 years old
- People who have had at least one clinic visit (for any reason — illness, a routine check-up, or a follow-up) at a participating clinic during the study period
- People who have been prescribed at least one inhaled preventer medication for ongoing asthma management in the past year
- People whose asthma has not been well controlled recently, shown either by a low score on an asthma control assessment in the past 6 months, or by being prescribed two or more courses of oral or injected steroids for asthma flare-ups in the past year (with at least one in the past 6 months)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have moved away from or are no longer receiving care within the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Pediatric Care Network
