  • People who have issues with alcohol, drug, or medication misuse
  • People who have had surgery on the affected knee within the past 12 months
  • People whose blood clotting level (INR) is below 2 (confirm with trial site)
  • People whose platelet count in their blood is below 30,000 (confirm with trial site)
  • People whose kidneys are not functioning well enough, specifically a kidney filtration rate below 30ml/min (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are pregnant
  • People who have an allergy to iodinated contrast, which is a dye sometimes used in medical imaging
