Who might be able to join this trial:

This trial has four different groups. You may qualify for one of them:

Retinal Disease Group

• You are 22 years of age or older
• You are able to read and understand the consent form and are willing to sign it
• Your vision in the study eye is at least 20/400 (even with glasses or contacts)
• You have been diagnosed with a retinal disease, such as macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, diabetic retinopathy, macular hole, epiretinal membrane, central serous retinopathy, or a similar condition

Glaucoma Group

• You are 22 years of age or older
• You are able to read and understand the consent form and are willing to sign it
• Your vision in the study eye is at least 20/40 (even with glasses or contacts)
• You have a history of vision field loss consistent with glaucoma damage, either recorded within the past year or measured on the day of the visit (confirm with trial site)
• Your eye doctor has found signs of glaucoma-related damage to your optic nerve or the nerve fiber layer of your eye (confirm with trial site)

Corneal Disease Group

• You are 22 years of age or older
• You are able to read and understand the consent form and are willing to sign it
• You have been diagnosed with a corneal (front surface of the eye) condition, such as problems from contact lens wear, previous laser eye surgery, dry eye, or keratoconus
• You are able to follow the study procedures

Normal Eyes Group

• You are 22 years of age or older
• You are able to read and understand the consent form and are willing to sign it
• Your eyes are generally healthy — cataracts, previous LASIK or PRK laser surgery, and certain minor outer eye conditions that do not affect the back of the eye are allowed
• Your vision in each eye is at least 20/40 (even with glasses or contacts)
• You are able to follow the study procedures

Who may not be able to join:

Retinal Disease Group

• You are unable to tolerate eye imaging procedures
• Clear eye scan (OCT) images cannot be obtained due to cloudiness in your eye or other reasons
• You have another eye condition other than a retinal disease (such as glaucoma) in the study eye
• You have a health condition or situation that the study doctor believes could put you at risk, affect the study results, or prevent you from fully participating (confirm with trial site)

Glaucoma Group

• You are unable to tolerate eye imaging procedures
• Clear eye scan (OCT) images cannot be obtained due to cloudiness in your eye or other reasons
• Your vision field test results from the past year are considered unreliable due to too many errors during testing (confirm with trial site)
• You have any eye condition other than glaucoma in the study eye
• You have a health condition or situation that the study doctor believes could put you at risk, affect the study results, or prevent you from fully participating (confirm with trial site)

Corneal Disease Group

• You are unable to tolerate eye imaging procedures
• The eye scan (OCT) images cannot be obtained clearly enough due to your eye condition
• You have a health condition or situation that the study doctor believes could put you at risk, affect the study results, or prevent you from fully participating (confirm with trial site)

Normal Eyes Group

• You are unable to tolerate eye imaging procedures
• The eye scan (OCT) images cannot be obtained clearly enough
• You have a history of leukemia, dementia, or multiple sclerosis
• You have a health condition or situation that the study doctor believes could put you at risk, affect the study results, or prevent you from fully participating (confirm with trial site)
