Who might be able to join this trial:

- You have an active liver disease.
- You have severe kidney disease.
- You have a condition that affects your ability to move or exercise, such as a leg fracture or problems with balance and coordination.
- You have or are being treated for a malignant (cancerous) tumour.
- You have a physical disability that would affect participation (confirm with trial site).
- Your haemoglobin (a measure of red blood cells carrying oxygen) is at or below a certain low level, which may indicate anaemia.
- Your resting blood pressure is too low (systolic blood pressure at or below 85 mmHg).
- You have fainted or blacked out within the last 3 months.
- You have had an episode of an abnormal heart rhythm (either in the upper or lower chambers of the heart) while at rest within the last 3 months.
