Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged older than 14 up to and including 65 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of blood cancer called ETP-ALL, Near-ETP-ALL, or T-ALL with certain genetic changes — confirmed through specialised laboratory tests of blood or bone marrow cells
- People who have not yet received main treatment (induction therapy) for this diagnosis before enrolling — though some limited prior medications such as hydroxyurea, dexamethasone, low-dose cytarabine, a small amount of venetoclax, or a blood-filtering procedure are acceptable
- People who are reasonably active and able to carry out daily activities, as measured by a standard medical scoring tool (a score of 0–2 on the ECOG scale)

- People who are able to understand the study information and agree to take part by signing a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who are of childbearing potential and are unwilling to use contraception during the trial
- People who have an active infection that is not under control, including bacterial, fungal, or viral infections, or who currently have active Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV
- People with serious heart problems, such as poor heart pumping function, a history of heart failure, unstable heart disease, or a severe irregular heartbeat
- People with serious breathing problems, as shown by low oxygen levels in the blood
- People with significant liver problems, shown by certain blood test results being well above the normal range
- People with significant kidney problems, shown by certain blood test results or kidney function measurements being outside acceptable ranges
- People who have had a serious allergic reaction to any of the medicines used in this trial or to closely related medicines
- People whose leukaemia has spread to the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord)
- People whom the trial doctor considers unsuitable for participation for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
