Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between 18 and 40 years of age
- People with a body mass index (BMI) — a measure of body weight relative to height — between 18.5 and 31

- People who have a uterus (womb) that is not typically shaped, whether due to a condition present from birth or one that developed later
- People with a personal history of cancer affecting the reproductive organs or breast
- People who have a known allergy or medical reason why they cannot take the medication letrozole
- People with a serious, uncontrolled long-term illness affecting the heart, kidneys, or liver
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of their initial screening appointment
