Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) based on 2025 international COPD guidelines (GOLD criteria)

- People who have been taking their LABA/LAMA medications less than half of the time they were prescribed, or who have refused this treatment
- People who are unable or unwilling to attend scheduled visits, tests, or follow-up appointments during the trial
- People who have serious additional health conditions that are expected to significantly affect their life expectancy, including end-stage illness where life expectancy is less than one year, or a terminal cancer where care is focused on comfort rather than treatment
- People who have any other condition that, in the trial doctor's judgement, would interfere with taking part in the study or affect the reliability of the results (confirm with trial site)
