Who might be able to join this trial:

For cancer survivors:

• You are 18 years old or older
• You identify as Black or African American
• You were diagnosed with early to mid-stage prostate cancer (stage 0 through stage 3), including those being monitored without active treatment
• You have finished your prostate cancer treatment
• You are able to do some physical activity, based on answers to a short health questionnaire
• You have a family caregiver who is willing to take part in the trial with you

For caregivers:

• You are 18 years old or older
• You are able to do some physical activity, based on answers to a short health questionnaire

Who may not be able to join:

For cancer survivors:

• You have had another type of cancer in the past, or your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body
• You are planning to receive immunotherapy, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy during the study period
• You are already meeting the recommended amount of physical activity (150 minutes of moderate exercise per week)
• You are currently taking part in a lifestyle or weight management program

For caregivers:

• You have a serious medical condition such as cancer, heart failure, stroke, or dementia
• You are currently taking part in a lifestyle or weight management program
