Who might be able to join this trial:

- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer or a gynaecological cancer (such as ovarian, cervical, or uterine cancer)

- You are willing to take part in either a guided meditation programme or the standard care option, whichever you are assigned to

Who may not be able to join:

- You have another serious or unstable health condition that the trial doctor believes could interfere with the study
- You have previously received radiation therapy at any point
- You are unable to speak or understand the English language
