Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have cancer that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and you are 18 years old or younger (if you are between 7 and 17 years old, you would need to sign an agreement form), OR you are 18 years of age or older with cancer that has come back or stopped responding to treatment.
- You have already received at least one standard cancer treatment before.
- You are able to share information about your previous cancer treatments and how your body responded to them.
- You are well enough to receive cancer treatment — for adults, this means your doctor has rated your general health and ability to carry out daily activities as good enough (confirm with trial site).
- You are scheduled to have, or have recently had, a tumor sample taken through a biopsy, surgical removal, or resection.
- You are willing to have a blood draw or a cheek swab taken, so that your normal DNA can be compared to the DNA found in your tumor.
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not have tumor tissue available, or the tumor sample that was collected is too small to be used for the required laboratory tests (less than a specific minimum amount, or samples that do not contain cancer cells as confirmed by a lab review).
- You are not well enough to receive any cancer treatment.
