Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who had a specific type of prostate scan (called an mpMRI) within the 3 months before joining the trial
- People who have had a prostate biopsy, either guided by the MRI scan or using the standard method
- People whose biopsy confirmed a low-risk, early-stage prostate cancer (classified as ISUP Grade 1)
- People whose biopsy report clearly identifies where the cancer is located and how many tissue samples tested positive

- People who have not previously had a PSMA PET scan (a specialised nuclear medicine imaging test)
- People whose mpMRI scan shows no signs of cancer spreading outside the prostate
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People with higher-risk or more aggressive forms of prostate cancer, or certain unusual cancer cell types, including those with specific genetic mutations (such as TP53 or BRCA1/2, if that information is available)
- People who have previously received any treatment for prostate cancer or have had prostate surgery
- People whose MRI scan shows signs that cancer may have spread beyond the prostate gland, into surrounding tissue, the seminal vesicles, or nearby lymph nodes
- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the pelvic area
- People with a life expectancy of less than 10 years
- People with severely reduced kidney function
- People who would not be able to attend or complete the required follow-up visits and assessments
