Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of mature B-cell blood cancer (such as Burkitt lymphoma, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Primary Mediastinal Large B-Cell Lymphoma (PMLBL), or a similar aggressive B-cell cancer), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People who are able to attend scheduled follow-up appointments and manage any side effects as required by the trial
- People who have signed a form giving their informed consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People diagnosed with follicular lymphoma, MALT lymphoma, or nodular marginal zone lymphoma, as these types are not included in this study
- People who have a condition where the immune system does not work properly from birth, a chromosomal fragility disorder, a history of organ transplant, any previous cancer of any kind, or a known positive HIV test result
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have received any previous cancer treatment (except corticosteroids taken for less than one week)
- People whose cancer cells do not carry a protein called CD20 on their surface
- People who have previously been treated with a medicine called rituximab
- People who are carriers of Hepatitis B, have a history of Hepatitis B virus infection, or have a positive Hepatitis B blood test result
