Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer on one side of the body that has not spread to other parts of the body
- People who have had, or are planned to have, a mastectomy (surgical removal of the breast) and are also planned to receive radiation therapy after surgery
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a previous history of DCIS (a type of early-stage breast condition) or invasive breast cancer
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the chest area
- People who have had other types of cancer in the past, with some exceptions — people with certain skin cancers, a specific type of cervical condition, or people who have been cancer-free for at least 5 years after successful treatment for another cancer may still be considered eligible (confirm with trial site)
