Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 18 and 85 years of age
- People who had a stroke at least 6 months before joining the study
- People who live independently in the community, not in an assisted living facility
- People who are able to give their own informed consent to take part in the study activities
- People who are able to safely take part in the study activities based on their own report
- People who can walk without the physical help of another person (a walking score of 3 or above on a scale called the Functional Ambulation Category)
Who may not be able to join:

- People who need another person's physical support to walk (a walking score of 2 or below on the Functional Ambulation Category scale)
- People who have a significant health condition or impairment beyond their stroke — such as an amputation, legal blindness, or another severe condition — that the lead researcher believes could affect the study results
- For parts of the study involving a wearable robotic device (exoskeleton): people for whom the device does not fit properly or safely, as assessed by the research team during a fitting session
