Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 years or older
• People who have been diagnosed with advanced or locally advanced breast cancer that cannot be removed with surgery to cure it

• People who have previously received treatment for advanced breast cancer and whose doctor considers a treatment plan including a drug called pyrotinib to be appropriate for them
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan, or who have cancer that has spread only to the bones in a way that shows bone breakdown or a mixture of breakdown and new bone growth
• People who are generally well enough to carry out light daily activities (based on a standard health scale used in cancer care — confirm with trial site)
• People whose liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough to safely participate

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have difficulty swallowing tablets or whose body has trouble absorbing oral medication, which may affect how the drug pyrotinib works
