Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men between 40 and 95 years of age who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy and has not spread beyond the prostate.
- People whose cancer has been graded at a certain level of aggressiveness (Grade Group 2 or higher, also known as a Gleason score of 3+4 or above).
- People whose cancer appears in only one area of the prostate, as seen on a specialised MRI scan called an mpMRI.
- People who are already scheduled to receive a treatment called HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) as part of their standard medical care.

- People who are willing to attend follow-up appointments, including blood tests, scans, and biopsies as required by the trial.
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose scans show that the cancer has spread to other parts of the body.
- People who have a known allergy to a contrast agent called POSLUMA or to gadolinium (a substance used in MRI scans).
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan due to claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) or physical difficulties with lying still, such as back or hip problems.
