Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 40 and 80 years
- People who have been diagnosed with Asthma-COPD Overlap Syndrome (ACOS), which is a condition involving features of both asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- People who score 23 or higher on the Nijmegen Questionnaire, a tool used to measure breathing-related symptoms
- People whose asthma is not classified as severe
- People whose COPD is not classified as severe

Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom pulmonary (lung) rehabilitation has been medically ruled out
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer
- People who have a serious heart or cardiovascular condition
- People who have had surgery on their chest or lungs in the past
- People who currently have an active infectious illness
- People who have been diagnosed with cognitive impairment (difficulties with memory, thinking, or understanding)
- People who experience vertigo (dizziness or balance problems), epilepsy (seizures), or have significant vision impairment
