Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who currently live in Greece, Lithuania, Spain, or Sweden
- Women aged 18 years or older
- People who are able to understand and complete study questionnaires in the local language of one of the participating countries
- People who are able to give their full informed consent to take part
- People who have access to and are able to use a smartphone that runs iOS or Android and can support the study app
- People who fall into one of the following groups: women with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or higher, or who do not meet the World Health Organization's recommendation of at least 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week; women currently receiving treatment for breast cancer or waiting to start breast cancer treatment; or women who have had breast cancer and finished active treatment at least six months before joining the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to give their full informed consent to take part
- People who are unable to understand or communicate in the local language of one of the participating countries
