- You have been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) — a condition affecting the gut — for at least 6 months

- A doctor has said you should not do physical activity for medical reasons
- You are already very physically active — specifically, doing very intense exercise totalling more than 1,500 MET-minutes per week on at least 3 days, or doing more than 3,000 MET-minutes per week of any physical activity overall (confirm with trial site)
- You have a psychological or mental health condition that could affect your ability to take part in the study
- You do not have access to a suitable device or internet connection to take part remotely
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are under legal guardianship, curatorship, or any other form of legal protection
