- You have been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which includes Crohn's Disease, ulcerative colitis, or indeterminate colitis
- You have been prescribed at least one medication for IBD that you take daily or weekly
- You are currently taking less than 86% of your prescribed IBD medication doses as directed

- You or your caregiver have a diagnosis of a pervasive developmental disorder (such as autism spectrum disorder), as confirmed by your medical records (confirm with trial site)
