For patients:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer by a qualified urologist
- People who have either already decided on a treatment plan or have finished treatment within the last two years
- People who are generally healthy and able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (this is measured using a standard scale called the ECOG scale, scores 0 or 1)
For spouses:
- People who live with a prostate cancer patient as their spouse and are aged 20 years or older

This applies to both patients and their spouses:
- People who have also been diagnosed with another type of cancer
- People who have been diagnosed with a cognitive or mental health condition, such as dementia, depression, or anxiety
