Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are already enrolled in a specific NCI study known as 19-C-0040 (Natural History of Men at High-Risk for Prostate Cancer), based on self-report
- People who have a confirmed harmful or likely harmful gene change in any other hereditary prostate cancer risk gene besides BRCA1 or BRCA2, including genes such as HOXB13, ATM, CHEK2, NBN, PALB2, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, RAD51C, RAD51D, or TP53
- People who have had a prostate biopsy within the past 36 months, based on clinical records or self-report for those not treated at the trial site
