Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have had breast surgery aimed at curing early-stage breast cancer
- People who finished radiotherapy at least 6 months ago
- People who are currently in remission with no signs of the cancer returning locally
- People who rate their pain as 3 or more out of 10 on a pain scale, either for pain intensity or the burden pain places on daily life
- People who speak English and are able to communicate reasonably well

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a history of wound complications following breast surgery
- People who have had breast surgery for reasons unrelated to breast cancer treatment
- People who have previously received ScarWork therapy
- People who have been diagnosed with lymphoedema (a condition involving swelling caused by a problem with the lymphatic system)
- People with serious other health conditions or significant cognitive difficulties
- People who are currently receiving physiotherapy specifically for pain related to their breast surgery
