Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with severe eosinophilic asthma that is not well controlled.
• People for whom a doctor has prescribed the medication benralizumab in line with its approved use and local funding or coverage requirements.
• People who have signed a consent form before taking part in any study-related activities.
• People who have either started taking benralizumab within the 7 days before joining the study, or are planned to start within 7 days after joining — as long as the doctor's decision to prescribe benralizumab was made before the decision to enrol in the study.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have been treated with benralizumab at any point in the 12 months before enrolling, up to 8 days prior to enrolment.
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial in the 12 months before enrolling, are currently in another trial, or plan to join another trial during the follow-up period of this study.
• People for whom benralizumab is considered medically unsuitable according to its official prescribing guidelines.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People with a health condition that, in the treating doctor's judgement, may make it difficult for them to follow the study procedures or cooperate with the study.
• People who have previously used or are currently using certain other asthma biologic medications — specifically omalizumab, reslizumab, dupilumab, tezepelumab, or mepolizumab — without an appropriate gap in treatment as recognised in standard clinical practice.
