Who might be able to join this trial:

• Your cancer cannot be cured with current treatments and has come back or gotten worse after at least one previous treatment given throughout the body (such as chemotherapy).

• You have serious heart problems, such as an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, a heart attack within the last 6 months, unstable chest pain, moderate-to-severe heart failure, or a weakened heart pumping function.
• You have received cancer treatments (such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation) within approximately 2 weeks before starting the trial.
• Your cancer is currently active in the brain or spinal cord; people who previously had cancer spread to the brain may still be considered if their brain disease has been fully treated and stable for at least 4 weeks with no ongoing steroid treatment (confirm with trial site).
• You have a non-cancer brain or nervous system condition, such as a history of stroke, epilepsy, or a degenerative brain disease, or have taken medications for these conditions in the past 6 months.
• You are currently taking, or are likely to need, immune-suppressing medications (such as steroid tablets at a certain dose) from the start of the trial through at least the first 29 days, with some exceptions allowed (confirm with trial site).
• You have previously had a severe immune-related side effect (grade 3 or higher) from cancer immunotherapy, or a significant eye-related side effect (grade 2 or higher), with some exceptions.
• You have nerve damage in your hands or feet (peripheral neuropathy) at a level that limits your ability to carry out everyday tasks such as cooking, using the phone, or managing medications.
