Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a specific type of ovarian cancer called high-grade serous ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer.
• Your cancer has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy (a common type of cancer treatment) in one of these ways: if you had only one course of platinum treatment, your cancer responded at first but came back between 3 and 6 months after your last dose; or if you had two or three courses of platinum treatment, your cancer came back within 6 months of your last dose.
• Scans have shown your cancer has continued to grow or spread after your most recent cancer treatment.
• You have received at least one, but no more than three, previous cancer treatments, and a single-drug treatment would be the right next step for you.
• If you carry a BRCA gene mutation, you must have already been treated with a type of drug called a PARP inhibitor (if it was recommended for you), unless there was a specific medical reason you could not take it.
• You are able to provide a stored tumour tissue sample for testing.

Who may not be able to join:

• Your ovarian cancer is a different type, such as endometrioid, clear cell, mucinous, or sarcomatous, or is a low-grade or borderline tumour.
• Your cancer never responded to platinum-based chemotherapy at all, or came back within 3 months of your very first platinum treatment.
• You have an active or long-term eye condition affecting the cornea, have had a corneal transplant, or have an eye condition that needs ongoing treatment or monitoring.
• You currently have, or have signs of, a bowel blockage or partial bowel blockage.
• You have or have had a non-infectious lung condition causing inflammation (sometimes called ILD or pneumonitis) that needed steroid treatment or extra oxygen, or scans cannot rule out this type of lung condition.
• You have previously been treated with a therapy that targets a protein called FRα (folate receptor alpha), or with a specific type of antibody-drug treatment that targets a protein called TOP1 (confirm with trial site if unsure whether your past treatments apply).
• You have had a major operation within 4 weeks before starting the trial treatment.
