Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years old or older at the time of signing the consent form
  • You have been diagnosed with palmoplantar pustulosis (a skin condition causing painful blisters/pustules on the palms and soles) for at least 24 weeks before your first screening appointment

  • You have been diagnosed with certain other skin conditions, including other forms of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, or certain types of eczema (confirm with trial site for the full list)
  • Your pustules or skin condition were caused or made worse by certain medications, such as beta blockers, lithium, or some heart or immune system medicines
  • You have other skin lesions (marks or sores) that might make it difficult for doctors to properly assess your condition
  • You are taking, or have recently taken, certain medications without completing a required waiting or stopping period before the baseline appointment (confirm with trial site)
  • You have ever taken a specific type of medication called an IL-17A/IL-17F inhibitor (including a drug called bimekizumab), or you have previously taken part in a clinical study involving bimekizumab
