Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples (specifically high-grade serous or endometrioid types).
- People whose cancer came back more than 6 months after finishing their first course of platinum-based chemotherapy (a type of cancer treatment).
- People with a BRCA gene mutation or a related DNA repair problem (called HRD-positive) whose cancer responded well to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy must have also received a type of maintenance medication called a PARP inhibitor as part of that first treatment course.

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose ovarian cancer is of a specific tissue type, including clear cell, mucinous, sarcomatous, mixed tumours containing any of these types, or low-grade/borderline ovarian tumours.
- People who have received more than 2 previous rounds of systemic cancer treatment.
- People whose cancer got worse either during or after their second course of platinum-based chemotherapy, before being enrolled in the trial.
- People who received any additional systemic cancer treatment (other than bevacizumab) between finishing their second course of platinum-based chemotherapy and being enrolled in the trial.
