- People who have a condition where cancer cells have spread into the fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
- People who have a significant medical risk of serious bleeding or abnormal connections forming between body tissues (fistula).
- People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past 3 years.
- People who have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has required ongoing medical treatment within the past 2 years.
