Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have an ECOG performance score above 1 (a measure of how much a condition affects daily activity — confirm with trial site)

- Patients who had signs of fluid backing up in the skin (dermal backflow) before their underarm lymph node removal surgery
- Patients who are unable to attend follow-up appointments at Dharmais Cancer Hospital over a 24-month period
- Patients who have an allergy to iodine, severe asthma, reduced kidney function, or who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
