Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 70 years, of any gender
- People who weigh more than 40 kg and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 40 (a measure of body weight relative to height)
- People who have been diagnosed with plaque psoriasis (a skin condition causing scaly patches) for at least 6 months before the start of the trial
- Women who could become pregnant, and sexually active men, must agree to use an approved method of contraception during the trial

- People who have been diagnosed with a type of psoriasis other than plaque psoriasis

- People who have previously received certain psoriasis treatments — including biological therapies, immune-regulating drugs, or hormonal treatments — within a set period before the trial, if the trial doctor believes this could affect the immune system
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 30 days, or within 5 half-lives of the previous trial drug, or who are still attending visits for another clinical trial
- People who have a long-term illness that could affect the study, or who have serious infectious diseases — including a history of tuberculosis that was not fully treated, serious bone or joint infections within the past 6 months, or other acute infections
- People who have a known or suspected skin or immune system condition other than psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis
- People who have other health conditions that the trial doctor considers unsuitable for participation (confirm with trial site)
