Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older, of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with a schizophrenia spectrum disorder or another psychotic disorder, as defined by a standard psychiatric diagnostic guide (DSM-5)
- People whose symptoms include delusions rated at a certain level of severity on a standard clinical scale (PANSS score of 4 or higher on the delusions item)
- People who have experienced persecutory thoughts (such as believing others intend to harm them) with a strong level of conviction (more than 60%) at some point in the last 3 months
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have an intellectual disability
- People who meet the diagnostic criteria for other mental health conditions under the DSM-5, with the exception of those related to substance use or addictive disorders
