Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 55 years of age or older (men and women)
- You have been diagnosed with subjective cognitive impairment, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or Alzheimer's disease dementia based on recognized medical guidelines

Who may not be able to join:
- Your memory or cognitive test scores indicate severe impairment
- You have had a significant brain condition in the last 2 years, such as a brain tumor, seizures, a blood clot on the brain, or a stroke affecting the brain's outer layer
- You have had problems with alcohol or drug misuse in the last 2 years
- You have had major depression, severe anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or another major psychiatric condition in the last year
- Your blood tests show a treatable cause for your memory problems, such as a vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid problem, or active urinary tract infection
- You have unstable or serious heart disease, such as frequent chest pain or severe heart failure
- You have uncontrolled high blood pressure (above 160/100)
- You have symptoms of a significant drop in blood pressure when you stand up
- You have diabetes that requires insulin injections
- You have been diagnosed with cancer in the last 5 years (with some exceptions for certain low-risk prostate or skin cancers — confirm with trial site)
- You need to visit a doctor more than once a month for an ongoing illness
- You are currently taking certain medications, including Alzheimer's disease monoclonal antibody treatments (such as aducanumab or lecanemab), certain supplements, unstabilized brain or psychiatric medications, steroids, strong painkillers, or antipsychotic medications (confirm specific medications with trial site)
- You are currently taking part in another Alzheimer's disease treatment trial
- You are currently pregnant, or become pregnant during the trial
- You are a woman who could become pregnant and do not meet specific criteria (such as being post-menopausal for at least 12 months or having had a hysterectomy) — additional pregnancy testing during the trial would be required (confirm with trial site)
