Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 40 and 60 years old
- Both men and women are eligible
- People whose hamstring muscles (the muscles at the back of the thigh) are tight, shown by specific movement tests where the hip cannot bend past 80 degrees or the knee cannot fully straighten (confirm with trial site for exact testing)
- People whose knee condition has been graded as Stage I or Stage II using a standard medical classification system for joint changes (confirm with trial site)

- People who have had surgery, a serious infection, a significant injury, a broken bone, or a recent fall
- People who are currently pregnant
- People who regularly take part in a yoga or flexibility program
- People who have received steroid injections into a joint within the last 6 months
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical study or intervention trial
- People who have or have had cancer (malignancy)
