Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 20 and 80 years old
- You have been officially diagnosed with fibromyalgia
- You experience ongoing, long-term fatigue
- Your overall health condition is currently stable
- You have problems with sleep disturbances
- You are able to sign a consent form and are willing to cooperate throughout the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You are unwilling or unable to give your agreement to take part or to cooperate during the study
- You are not willing to take part in any treatments or procedures beyond standard physiotherapy provided through the public health system (NFZ) in Poland
- You have been diagnosed with cancer
- You have a neurological condition such as nerve pain, multiple sclerosis, diabetes-related nerve damage, or have had a stroke
- You have been diagnosed with dementia or significant memory and thinking problems
- You have an electronic device implanted in your body, such as a pacemaker
- You have internal bleeding or are currently unwell with a fever
- You have a condition called acute thrombophlebitis (a blood clot causing inflammation in a vein)
- You have a strong fear of electricity or a psychological condition called hysteria (confirm with trial site)
- You have a compulsive need or unhealthy dependence on physical stimulation treatments (confirm with trial site)
- You have an infectious skin condition, such as a fungal infection or skin producing pus
- You are not able to communicate sufficiently in Polish to complete questionnaires or follow instructions during the study
